Today's Design of Things features the Polaroid SX-70 Land Camera. From its usual Polaroid form, the camera folded into a box, a little bigger than a cigarette case, that could easily fit in your pocket. A sort of transformer of the 70's. This wonder of technology existed from 1972 to 1981. By the way, the camera is on display at the Design Museum in London, where you can see it in person.
